Questions can be about anything ranging from solution planning to pesky problems you are running into and need to figure out.  

Members get minimum of 90 minutes of work time per year, and there is an option to add minutes to your account should that be necessary. We recommend appointments be set for 15 minutes for quick issues, and 30 minutes for those requiring more clarification.  If we have an answer, problem solved. If we don't have an answer we can tell you how long it will take to get one.
