Compliance Officer, Non-technical Business Manager, SharePoint Deployment Team, IT Professional
This is a vendor independant educational guide (eGuide) that helps the SharePoint deployment team and line of business management understand the basics of records management, the records management capabilities of SharePoint 2010, and the records management extensions provided by HP TRIM 7. The guide provides the non-technical business manager with a solid understanding of records management, concepts and solution planning parameters.
This eGuide and the HP TRIM 7 product review was entirely written by Kollabria analysts.

I believe the document does a good job in covering the important areas that must be kept in the forefront of an implementation. I agree the eGuide is an introduction but a good one at that.
I plan to use it to help others get an understanding not only of RM but also of SharePoint.
