The Marketing Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day responsibilities of maintaining and growing the marketing base for the organization. This involves answering questions on the phone, email, and via the websites, and producing and maintaining electronic marketing materials (predominantly via email campaigns). Further, the Marketing Administrator is responsible for reporting on the overall results of these various campaigns and assisting in the coordination and support of company events.
Email campaign design, reporting and analysis
Provide answers to questions over the phone and follow up on email questions submitted to the organization in a prompt and professional manner
Company Events support. Part of Kollabria’s mission is to inform and educate customers via training and events. The Marketing Administrator’s role is tightly bound to this mission. Email campaigns, telephone calls, and other social media tools are leveraged to inform the public about the benefits offered by Kollabria events and training.
